Texture Unit Reflection
- The most interesting part of my final rubbing was how the different textures border each other. There is very little white space between the textures which made the rubbing successful.
- The inside of the jacket was the most successful because of the difference between it and the other photos. The fuzziness of the jacket made the photograph tangible and believable.
- The most successful collage is the photoshop one. The best part is the way the tire welds the opposite light and dark sides together without being too bold.
- The photoshop one is also my favorite because of how the colors changed from their original pictures into photoshop. I like how the fuzz on the top right hand side of the screen has the blue highlight surrounding it.
- The plaster system that Mr. O used was cool. The rocks at the end looked real. I think that if I used a tire, I could make a very successful collage with plaster.
