Ray-O-Grams

Although both pieces of art look good, the one on the right seems to flow better as the wrenches move in order of size.  They are also better organized.  Unfortunately, I forgot to add a border to the photo.  However, I like it without the border just as much as I like the ray-o-grams with borders.  The border also adds complication to the process of developing the photos.

Dark Room Steps:
  1. Make sure light is open all the way on enlarger
  2. With all lights off, get piece of photo paper and place it on table glossy side up
  3. Set up paper with objects
  4. Set timer for 10-15 seconds and turn it on
  5. Once light turns off, take paper to developer
  6. Put in Stop bath
  7. Put paper in fixer
  8. Put paper in water
  9. Put in Perma wash
  10. Put on drying Rack
Habits of Mind:

I best showed observation during the unit.  With both my projects, I visualized what I wanted them to look like before I started to actually work.  The habit of mind that I used least was understanding the art world as I did no outside research on the type of art we were using.
